Just introducing myself here because im sure this is where i will spend most of my time. My name is Jeremy and have had some type of fish tank for years now. I decided to take the plunge into saltwater with a 28g jbj nano a couple years back. The tank taught me alot about the hobby and I made many mistakes as almost everyone does. Money became tight for a while so the tank was neglected and soon I took it down. I then began to make plans to finish my basement and I wanted a tank part of it. So then began the 150g build. Its a pretty simple setup and works well. I'll just post up some pictures!

Here is a FTS. I had just taken it so the lights are off. Also made me realize how dusty my lights are.

Here is my sump area and my old jbj as a grow out/ frag tank now.

Now for a few tank shots. This was my first time I had try to take pictures of the tank and as everyone that has tried knows its not easy. I am fairly happy with the results and am going to try to get some better ones!
Hope you enjoy.

liar this is not a noob post! Great job tank looks sick. love everything you got in it the minimalist rock scape, fish(great selection), and your corals(specially the rainbow).

And the camera skills don't look noob like either.

+1. Nice pics!

So, what kind of camera are you shooting with?

Its a cannon t2i. I borrowed it from a friend and really don't know how to use it. The lens I have is less than optimal. Most pictures where taken 5 feet away from the tank to get a decent focus. I'm trying to get him to buy a macro lens!

Thanks for the nice replys.

Nice lookin pics. Pro tip, use the enter key between photobucket links. Side scrolling is tough for those of us who don't use a smarty phone ;)
