Completely Stupid Clown Question

We had a tank melt down of sorts after removing bio balls- another thread completely but it happened just as we were moving across town so the timing was good to do a massive water change etc. When we got everything set up in the new house I noticed that my gold stripe maroon clown had both of his side fins as white skeleton looking things and half his tail fin was gone (it is really short now) he is swimming along just fine and eating and living happily in his RBT anemone but here comes thestupid part...will his fins grow back????

Fins do grow back yes, but they take a bit of time to do so. Might want to make sure hes not suffering from finrot. It can cause bacterial infections sometimes and is treatable.

Great news! Thank you!! BTW how would I know if it is fin rot or not? No other fish in the tank are having any issues....
