Computer Connection to Pinpoint PH Meter

I am wondering if anyone has researched the possibility of modifying a standard Pinpoint PH Meter to allow monitoring with a computer. I do electronic insturmentation all the time and have noumerous DAQ boards that I could use to monintor PH, Temp etc.. I just ordered a Pinpoint PH monitor and would like to connect to a spare computer.

Usually these kind of instruments have some anolog electronics with a DC voltage that varies as a function of the PH value. This DC voltage is then read by an A/D converter to be displayed by the digital display. I am hoping someone has alreay located the point in the circuitry at which I can tap off the DC voltage.

Have any luck with this? Seems as if no one responded was curious if you found anything on your own or in another thread.

Never had any responses to this post. I have not opened up my Pinpoint as I don't want to void warrenty. I have found a couple of high input impedence circuits that can be used to read and amplify the output of a standard PH probe. The output of these curcuits can be readily digitized by any standard DAQ card. I haven't built it yet as I have been dealing with health issues this last 2 months. If interested I could send to you if you want to send me your email by private mail.
