Condy Advice

I recently added a condy Anenome to my tank. I tried before and failed due to insuffucient lighting. I now have a 55 gal. setup with 4 cf 65 watt actinics and 2 150watt MH. I`m trying again and would like some advice from the forum on the care of this animal. Based on my readings they are difficult but because it was so affordable at 8 bucks I couldn`t resist trying.

I kept a condy in my aquapod 24 for 4 month with no problems, just fed it prawns every third day.

What happened after 4 months. I read that the ussual life span of these guys in a home is 3-4 months . That`s why I asked

Anemones don't really have a lifespan. If you can keep conditions perfect, they will outlive anything

I have seen a carpet nem make it 10 years in a tank. The only reason I got rid of mine was to get a GLTA.
