Confused Clown

My Maroon seemed perfectly happy with the lta in tank until I put a flower pot in tank. Now it goes back and forth between the two. Is this normal behavior.

Clowns are known to play with the tentacles of Flower Pot Corals. This is sort of normal, but I only read that they will only go into flower pot corals if an anemone isn't present. How big is the anemone? It could be too small and the clown might not be satisfied with that anemone. It might also be inspecting it or playing it, but you shouldn't have anything to worry about.
