considering rehoming my marine green spotted puffer...

I can't even believe I'm considering this, as at least one member can atest I love my green spotted puffer Wasabi. I've had him over a year, raised him up from freshwater through brackish and he is now full marine. I've also had luck with him so far in a reef, he hasn't even eaten any snails or crabs but (there's always a but right)

Since going reef and changing to PC lights he's never out, I rarely ever see him during the day and he's become a total stalker/hunter and is usually only out at night (he stays busy with pods & shrimp the rest of the time in the rocks).

I've long wanted to get my husband interested in my tanks, and recently he is... but only to say that he's sick of all the time and money I spend on this tank for a fish we never see... he wants more color and activity. I attempted to get some chromis yesterday as I heard of others having sucess with them and GSP's... he chased them around a bit last night and this morning I only saw 2 at first and expected the worst, eventually they all came back out however I don't know how long I'll be lucky. Since my husband pays the bills he has the ultimate say.

I'd want Wasabi to go to a home where he has at least a 30g tank (although I think that's to small long term... he's been in a 50g since I got him). He's been fine with my gold stripped maroon clownfish so he could be housed with one of them, and probably other agressive type fish.... but I'd say nothing small. He has been in with corals but seemed happiest when he was just in a FOWLR and floruescent bulbs... maybe some fake corals or plants, or macros? For his diet he needs crunchy foods to keep his teeth down, I breed and feed him ramshorn snails (5.5g tank of breeding snails would go with him too), also krill, feeder marine ghost shrimp, shell on shrimp from the grocery store, mussels, etc. He'll also eat mysis and hikarai marine angel etc. No flake or pellets he won't touch them.

So again, I'm just considering this right now... seeing if a suitable home is even out there in NJ... obviously there would be no charge for him or the snail tank just want to find him a good home.

I'm also considering getting another tank and setting him up again in his own if I can get one cheap enough.

Thanks
