Construction on ceiling - HELP!

Hello! We recently set up our 65g tank. Unfortunately there is a spot above the tank that now requires drywall repairs on the ceiling due to frost damage. How do I go about protecting the tank? Is a sheet sufficient? I don't have an actual cover, and right now I don't need my lights as we don't have coral so I think that's a good thing. Just not sure what to cover it with that I might have around home.

Agreed. A sheet or blanket should suffice. Depending on how long, just be sure the tank gets sufficient aeration

A sheet would be fine, but personally, I'd just buy one of those cheap plastic painters drop cloths.

You have to be careful with plastic and not wrap it tight or no air can get in.
I would err on the safer side & use cloth.
That could be a problem if you were going to tightly wrap the tank, but shouldn't be an issue if you're just draping the cloth over the tank to avoid drop-in contamination from ceiling work.

In other news, how cold does it have to get in a house to get interior frost damage?
