Not really fish related but I have been having contractions every 3-7 minutes for 13 hours now. I just wanted to share my misery with my fellow reefers. Please think happy thoughts for me!

PS If I am in the hospital more than a day or so will someone stop by my house and feed the fish? I went in for a couple of hours today but they sent me home because I wasnt progressing enough. At least Im in pain in my own bed now...:hmm1:

I am actually due sept 6th but It better not be that long now that its started! I wont have any energy left to push at this rate

Good lord, it must be baby season! Jennifer just had ours 6 weeks ago this Sunday. She highly recommends an eipdural :)

Good luck and congrats!

Good lord, it must be baby season!

lol, got a younger brother who's birthday is the 29th this month, mines the 3rd of sept., followed by the baby brother on the 10th of sept, and then the older brother on the 12th of sept. :) For my family, this is baby season.

I just got home from holding my 4 day old Great nephew.

aaawwww, "uncle lynn" ;) no pictures of the little frag to post?

:celeb1: Aidan Parker Glenn: born 1:31pm Aug 25th, 7 lbs 4 oz and 19" long
Epidural's ARE wonderful! and when it was time to push I pushed him out in 10 minutes (3 contractions/ 6 big pushes!) It was awesome.
Unfortunately, little baby Aidan is now in NICU because of some blisters in his mouth. The doctor thinks it is probably nothing (he is otherwise healthy, no fever and feeding well) but they are monitoring him until the cultures come back just to be on the safe side. Its been a rough couple of days but it was all worth it! I cant wait to bring him to meet you all! I hate to brag but he is beautiful. :love1:

Big congrats! A short bout of pushing has to make it feel a little better. Poor Jennifer had to push for around 2.5 hrs, but the epidural kept the pain away. Again, congrats!

Thank you, Thank you! Im sorry for Jennifer, just the little bit I pushed totally fatigued my muscles (still feel week in the lower half of my body). I cant imagine how she must feel! I hope she has had a speedy recovery. Also, hope the move is not too hard on her and the baby. Tell her to take it easy

Congratulations!! I'm so glad that everything went well. When are you supposed to get the results from the culture? Where is he at? Do you need anything? I can't wait to see pictures!
