Controller advise needed

I recently had to get rid of my reef because of a move and although it was really hard to part with it I'm excited to start another. Now I'm planning a 120 sps tank and decided to use a schuran jetstream reactor. I've never owned a reactor and I'm not familiar with controllers. The question is can I use a Neptune aquacontroller III to monitor and control functions of my tank including PH and also control the reactor or should I use the Neptune III and a separate controller for the reactor?

The newest neptune has 2 ph controller settings. I talked to tech support at neptune to set one up.

When you say newest do you mean the neptune III or has another one come out?

Yes, the III or the III Pro should fit the bill.
