Cool Fish on Diver's Den

Didn't they charge $800 for these guys a few months ago? This one is $1,900.

IDK, looks nice, but not much (if any) nicer than my melanurus wrasse I got for a substantial amount less haha. I know of course price reflects rarity and desirability of course but I have to give that guy a solid "meh".

Yall can have all the expensive fish I'll stick with my $25 and under saltwater fish. Lol not that if I had the $$$ I wouldn't buy the expensive ones and a bigger tank.

What was that fish?

What was that fish?

Did anyone see the fish that was on the "cover" for the marine fish section of Diver's Den yesterday? It looked like some kind of tang with blue and black stripes following the fins. It was already gone from Diver's Den at that time, and unfortunately my description doesn't get me an answer from Google. It was a striking fish, so I was curious what it was.

Odd question to those of you with some of these fish, especially those that are "reef" questionable (some angels, etc). After you set up your tank are you letting it mature, or those corals that could be food mature or grow out more before you introduce those fish?

I'm in the progress of upgrading my 40 breeder to a 240 gallon and of course will be moving everything. Fish are few and small. Mated pair of clowns and also a mated pair of Allen's damsels. Only other fish are a pair of pajama cardinals, snails, and hermits. I'm thinking they are going to have so much room that they won't know what to do...

I really do not have a fish list but I believe I am going to want to add a couple larger fish down the road so this question came up when I was making a list. I was thinking I'll let the aquarium settle with what I move over and what the TBS rock has. Then maybe take a chance from there.
