Woah.
Has anyone here bought a trio of chromis from DD? How did it turn out? I am starting my Caribbean biotope build, so I am looking to see if I should just get a single blue reef chromis or if I should get a group.
I'd say get a group. I bought a trio of blue reef from DD a little while back. Turned out great and they are a neat addition and all hang together up top, sometimes my fathead joins them too. Somebody sure scored with the juvy regal angel on DD today. I tried to jump on it but wasn't quick enough.

I had not seen any for a very long time but the last few weeks a I have seen a few. Pretty Rare but not to expensive.
Once settled in they get a nice red head and the rest get much darker.
They also do nto seem to be the jumpers allot of jawfish are once settled.

I purchased the Jawfish. Got one from DD a few years ago, still have it. As Shred5 said head gets a pretty red as they mature and get comfortable. The one in my tank is 4/5 inches now. Says the one I just bought is only 2 inches. Going to put it in my 150 with the other. Hope they get along. Have had other jawfish in with him before. So should be fine.

I bought 3 black and white chromis from DD. They ended up as a pair before the 2 week guarantee was up. That pair lived a good 6 years before a heater malfunction took them out :/

I actually really like it. I've seen plenty of these hybrids locally. The ones that look more like Vrolikii are a little boring grey/black colored angels with a slight touch of washed out yellow. I wish they did not have a reputation of being horrible reef dwellers. Otherwise that angel on DD would be on its way to my tank!!:hammer::hammer:

I should have gotten the other one they had a few weeks ago. With this one I would have had a pair.
