Cool Fish on Diver's Den

Has anyone ever tried a copperband from DD? Would you think the chances are significantly better to get them eating? I feed LRS daily and have read many have luck with it..

Thoughts?

I bought one from DD and it lives 4 years later. Didn't eat right away, but couldn't resist the mussels, clams, and oysters after a few days. I love that fish. I will always have one. Anyway, LRS should work after a while. Try the offerings I have listed above if you can get them.

I also had one from DD. I had it a year. I got ich and it was one of the first to die. I have not tried another.

I got mine from a LFS for 30.00. Actually if you have a mature QT with thriving Sand Bed they do really well. I don't treat my fish for ich. I put them in my QT tank which is a full reef. They do fine there I put them in my Refugium, essentially a 40 gal reef tank. Then to my DT. Once they get use to the tank, they eat mysis as fast ans any of my other fish.
They love the worms and feather duster in the sand and rock. Medusa worms are their favorite. Fresh oyster on the 1/2 shell too.

I got mine from DD 6 weeks ago and he was eating Reef Frenzy and Mysis a day later. Always swimming back and forth right at the front of the DT - awesome fish.

After seeing Dkulhmann's, I really want one of these guys. My QT is not ready so hopefully they have another one soon.

If I didn't have fish going through TTM right now, 2 shrimp in the DT, and a wife that would be very unhappy with the splurge, I'd totally buy this guy. Looks really cool.
