cool little morph

Not sure whats going on but its neat. I bought $10 LFS frag with 3or4 watermelons and 3or4 bright green zoas on the same pebble. Well they are starting to multiply and i just noticed the newest watermelon polyp has a neat color morph going on. It looks like a watermelon but it has the lime green center/mouth like one of the green zoas.

I had that happen to my watermelons also.

They do that... some also do a radical morph where they're called keliedoscopes...

yes i think i have the keliedoscopes, the are a morph of the dragon eyes i have. They almost look rainbow in the center. Really nice looking just hard to get a good picture of the actual colors.

cool stuff, and thanks for saying dragon eyes. Thats what these greens are i couldnt remember the name for them.

Hopefully this one oddball polyp dublicates itself. Would be neat to get a freebie colony of a different morph.

I have a small colony of eagle eyes and one polyp has a yellow mouth. I also had some dragon eyes were one had some yellow in with the orange.
