Nipped and stripped and this is what I got. Can't be more than 2-3 fine copper wires inside each of the 4 divisions....

Probe with a multimeter. We can't tell by looking at it. The diagram on the case shows center positive. If you can cut the plug open and see which of those wires goes to the center pin vs the barrel, you wil know what is what. You don't need a lot of copper for these currents. If you are totally stuck lemme know and I can stop by after work some day.
