Copper band fin issue ?

Well I picked up copper band took him 2 days to start eating blood worms I treated 20gal tank with 5ml prazipro. Changed water 7days ect... He started eating Mysis shrimp.
Then stopped I noticed his find on the back like serrated and loseing tissue only on the back fin by the fake eye.

Any one know if that's normal or what's going on ?
He still eats and looks fine.

Sorry to say but that what happens before they go belly up. CBB are very hard fish to keep.

Why He acts normal ? Big appetite.

Eating is a good thing yes however if he is mal nourished from shipping and\or has a parasite his immune system may not be able to overcome whatever he has.

I should say I've had him for 5 weeks maybe longer I did two treatments of prazipro.
I'm just asking maybe I can treat with a diffrent meds.

I have a few grams of chloroquine its mostly for Ich but treats other parasitic organisms.
Should I water change and dose that.
