Sometimes copperbands stop eating and die within a month or two of being put in an aquarium. I attribute those deaths to problems when the fish was captured or transported. Let's hope yours isn't one of those fish.
Frozen brine isn't nutritious and the fish is starving if that is all it is eating. You need to offer mysis shrimp, chopped seafood such as scallop, shrimp and clam from the grocery store, Rod's food, and live blackworms. The live blackworms are the best choice for getting a cbb to eat so I would check around at fish stores near you and feed them as soon as possible. Also, you need to make sure the cbb gets enough to eat as they aren't very aggressive feeders, particularly when first introduced to aquarium life, so put food in a bit at a time rather than all at once.
What other fish are in your tank? Is the fish in a quarantine tank or your dt? Are you sure you have absolutely no ammonia in your tank?
