Coral Banded Shrimp babies? ID please

I have a female coral banded shrimp and I assume it gave birth recently. There are 3 pics of those babies (I assume) on the glass and now I noticed them in the sand. Am I a father?

Those look more like a Cirratulid or Terebellid worm IMO.
