coral beauty has popeye

hello,
I recently purchased a coral beauty and he was eating and looked good i put him in a QT when i got home to observe him and today is day three and i have noticed he has developed popeye no other problems still tryin to get him to eat what can i do

"Popeye" is generally a bacterial infection, look into getting some antibiotics pronto. Make sure your QT has plenty of good hiding spots to make the fish feel comfortable, it will greatly speed the healing time. A good variety of food id also necessary for the little angels.

Popeye can be cause by an infection, poor water quality or trauma to the eye. Is there any chance he had a trauma? Be careful with antibiotics they will destroy your bacteria and cause amonnia problems....

I would concentrate on your water quality. Thats what helped my rusty angel with that syndrome!
