Couple quick QT questions

I just tore down, cleaned, and dried my QT. Resetup and ready for fish. Water temp good, filter good, lower lighting.

Questions are.....this will house a yellow belly dog face puffer. Could or should I place a piece of LR in there for him, as long as no medication is used. Second, this is a 29 gallon, I'm running a dual biowheel penguin 350, should I run a powerhead too? Smallest I have is a k3, but I don't want to blow him all over the tank or stress him into a corner.

I have a Koralia 3 in my 30 long...So in my opinion you should be fine. The rock will not hurt anything unless you are adding treatments. THen you will have problems with the rock absorbing the treatment. Your call on the rock. Will not hurt anything,
