cpr cs100 overflow plumbing question

what size thread do I need to screw PVC pipe directly to the bulkhead on a cs 100? I have purchased 11/2 inch...too big....1 inch too small...1 1/4 seems like it should fit but it will not thread..why?? the thereads are ok on the bulkhead,,,not stripped or anything......anyone have an answer...PLEASE!!!!!

That has a slip fit bulkhead. You have to glue a 1" tail peice of PVC, round off the edge of the PVC with some sand paper and pop on a drain flex hose.

thx Todd....kinda silly they dont make them so you could just screw some PVC on it...but nonetheless I did what you said...and gonna fire it up tomorrow mornin'...ThX!
