Crab Id

I have no idea what kind of crab this is. It looks like it has no shell. It's very soft and moves very slowly. It has air bubbles attached to it - maybe nitrogen bubbles from algae? It almost looks like a spider with a large abdomen and a very distinct head with antenna. Anyone have any ideas? May some type of decorator crab?

My Sony Sureshot just ain't cuttin' it. I did see him again today. Looks like he's got white legs with orange stripes. I think he's covered himself with a sponge. I'll post better pics when I can.

when you mention slow movement it sounds like a decorator crab.
