BTW: I don't think many peoplel have the luxury of just driving a tank down to CFL to have them check it out, hence they haven't hear of the issue. Especially when someone with a fully stock tank, they would not waste their time and go through this. It'll be less a hassle to just buy a new time and dispose the CFL and never look back.
I myself never really look @ warranties from mfg, most of the time it's useless and a waste of time. I mean u buy hundreds of things through out the year, how do you keep track of when the warranty expires? If it breaks in 6 months you'll probably toss it thinking that it's been a year.
The tank in this case is something u work with and enjoy day in day out, so you can't really forget it's warranty especially that size tank can be pricey.
