A few questions. Can the T-shirts be shipped if ordered W/shipping added? And how far is Edmond from Oklahoma City? I'm thinking of flying in for the weekend to check out your Crase. I may have missed it in the link but how much are the Hotel room rates? Anything special for the event? Thank You

Not sure on the T-shirts question. But I'm sure someone will chime in soon. Edmond is on the north side of OKC, might as well call it part of OKC. Room rates vary, depends on where you stay. You can stay in OKC or Edmond. The best way to describe the event is, it's all special.LOL

Vince is a great guy, not sure what he is bringing with him to the CRASE but look forward to having him there.

i have done a few updates to the website.

Note we have a new speaker, ORA couldnt make it.

Also, in the vendor section we are adding conference specials being run by the individual vendors. We have added the reeflo prices (click on Reeflo) to see their specials for the day. Orders will only be taken at CRASE at those prices.

Just as a heads up and a bit of a warning, the UCO homecoming is the same weekend. Because of this, there is a homecoming parade at 10:00 am, and I'm not sure the exact location but it says from the west side of the campus to downtown and back, so you may want to avoid that area around that time and probably arrive from the west side away from the downtown direction. It may turn out to be nothing, but then they also may have streets blocked in the downtown direction.

If you plan on attending from out of town and need to make reservations at the Marriott for the Crase event prices, the deadline to do that is Monday Oct 13th. The Crase website has direct links to reserve your room.

The Marriott is still accepting reservations, they will do so until the day of the event. You must tell them you are with the Crase event to recieve the discount.
