Noticed this "œslug" like thing on my glass this afternoon, anyone have any idea what it could be or if it's harmful to coral?

Looks like a zoa eating nudi to me.

It's a nudibranch for sure. Nudibranch's have specialized diets and they pretty much eat one thing. For example, some eat sponge and only sponge. Some eat aiptasia and only aiptasia. Others eat zoas and only zoas. Personally, I would pull it out of your tank and see if there are eggs or other nudis on any of your corals.

I'd have to disagree. "œGood if you have an aiptasia problem" if they're berghia nudibranchs and it doesn't matter what soft coral you have. Berghia eat aiptasia and only aiptasia. As I mentioned above, most nudibranchs have very specific diets (like berghia only eat aiptasia but won't eat majano anemones, other anemones or soft coral).

Good point. I wasn't sure if that particular nudibranch was a berghia. I've read about other nudibranchs munching on leather corals and zoas though.
