critters in sump, ID help please...

Just found quite a lot of these little things stuck to the sides of the fuge--they are less than 1/8 inch long and quite firm to touch but not hard...Hope they're not baddies!! (I have a flatworm phobia although I've never seen one so don't know if I'd recognise one if I saw it!!!)
Any help with ID gratefully received!:rollface:

It's a small calcareous sponge often called q-tip or pineapple sponges in the hobby. They're harmless.
