Crocea health question

I have a crocea that is about 4 inches and has been added to my tank about 2 months. In the first week he shed his foot but he has regrown it and is attached to the rockwork well. Over the last two weeks he looks like he is curling up a little on his mantel.

I feed dt's twice a week.
