Crocea question

Can a Crocea clam be placed on the sand bed. I know they need lots of light. It would be about 24" below the surface. I'm running on a 215 Tank 3 400 watt 10,000K bulbs with 2 160 actinic vho's. Don't have any live rock closer than a foot to surface of tank. Tank is 28 1/2 inches deep. I could move it up some, but have a bunch of flow higher up for SPS corals, Probably too much for a clam.

with 3-400w 10k it should be ok on the sand but would be even happer on the rocks
