Fingers crossed!! Just scraped them off when I finally found those punks!!
I think blue tangs are so underrated in the hobby, just because they're common....it's a pity, because they're unique in terms of finnage and colors. My favorite tang, by far. I just lost my purple tang, when I moved him to the drop off. That was the last straw with that tank. The end.
Hope you get that damned crab....But how??...Crab trap?....Chainsaw?... Fire!!!!
I'm going to go bananas on the feeding very soon, primarily with roids and cyclopeeze. Cyano seems to be on its way out, so that's a good sign.
I really hope those 2 turn purple, don't have any proper purples in the system yet. I really wish that millie turns out Andrew (reefinthesky style)...I'd love that! It's placed as you said, and yep after I broke the bigger deepwater acro, I placed frags in both tanks, high/low light ...... just everywhere. The pink pocci went along with the green one to my buddy...so no chop chop there. BUT, my abrolhensis started to STN, and I used the BCM (biggles's chop method), to graft and make it presentable again...I'm getting braver, thanks to you, lol.
The led's are on for 12 hours total, full blast for 4 hours only, have 2 channels of led. First channel is about 160w per tank, on 12 hrs. Second channel is about 120w per tank, on for 4hrs. So max lighting is usually 280 to 300w, led. No optics.
I've realized its really easy to fool people into thinking how bright the tank is with leds... you could easily run the tank with about 100w white leds and it'd look brighter than my current config. Can't trust your eyes with leds, IMO. Need the par meter.
The pink polyped one, biggles, I believe is the Forest Fire digitata. Got that frag about a couple years ago, and when my old tank was going down the drain, gave it to the same buddy, where it thrived. Happy to have it back now

.
Anyways, now for the bad news.....just found out I have AEFW again...ignorace was bliss....but the bubble has burst... I dipped the ones that seemed affected. Saw eggs in a tightly clustered acro, can't get to it, and its decision time now. Chop or not? Another option, dip everyday, till the eggs hatch? Guys, what do you think, need advise

....
I hope that after Christmas, I'll have enough time to remove EVERY acro from the acro tank for a full dip. I can't do both tanks, because I might just go mad
