Wanting to place an order for a few Acros and I have been looking at my old standbys for what I want but they have been lacking lately. Thought about trying CultivatedReef.com but I don't have any experience with them. Anybody ordered from them? Experience, pests, etc? Feel free to PM me if you rather keep it private.

I've been to his store in Orono Maine, very clean corals, nice colors and selection. Greg is highly regarded in the State of Maine as one of the premiere places to buy coral. I believe the majority of his sales are mail order. He seems to have the packing and shipping thing down from what I've seen. I believe Mike Paletta has ordered coral from him before.

I wouldn't hesitate in sending him an email with any questions that you have. He is very prompt when responding to emails.

Not the right forum, but... I've just recently received a large chunk of Greg's stock. He absolutely has the packing and shipping down to a science. Best packaging I've ever seen in 20 years. I was geeking out to my fiancee about how I am totally ripping off his pack technique. Colors were/are off the chart on all his colonies. The only drawback is the cost. But, given the fact that everything is healthy, happy, colorful and huge, the cost is well worth it.

I've placed 2 orders from him recently and was pretty happy. No pests. Healthy frags. Immediate polyp extension on everything. Frag size was solid on the nicest stuff, and very generous on the more common stuff. I really like my CR Ignite. One frag was very brown (CR Rainbow), but I had been warned ahead of time, and it's starting to peek some color now. They were also very good with communication, which I appreciate. Packing was excellent.

What more can I say? I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Not the right forum again, but... Greg runs a top notch operation and has some amazing corals. I have purchased 99% of my Acro's from CR for a few years now. Go ahead and jump it will be okay.

I have been ordering from Greg since 2010- his specimens are in great shape colored up and great size, I have never had any pest from him and would highly recommend -

Greg is awesome I recently placed an order with him, and he really goes above and beyond. Order from him and you won't be disappointed. I'm not gonna tell you the perks he gives you gotta order to find that out. B
