Far as we know it's just a supply problem. Small company trying to keep up, sounds like. I have heard of a few problems with them, but i think they have been taking carry of warranty issues pretty good.

We should have the Outer Orbit 24, 48, and 72" hoods anytime. We expected them already actually, they shipped via truckline last week. Usally only takes a few days, so I bet monday they'll arrive.

They came in today, so we have everything in stock except for the pendants, but the 24, 36, 48, 60 and 72" hoods are in stock.

Glad everyone likes them, they seem like a really nice quality hood. Can't beat all built in electronic ballasts too.
