I just recently ordered a Geisemann Eco 230 light fixture from Marine Depot, it came very well packed, however, one of the ballasts was damaged - had to be from the manufacturer due to the box being in excellent condition - actually not UPS's fault for once. I called their customer service department immediately - they were very nice and professional, they contacted the sales rep for Geisemann to ship out a replacement - no wait, no return of damaged one first etc. etc. etc.. kind of crap - the rep in turn shipped out a new one and Marine Depot sent me the tracking info. I am very pleased with their customer service. Thanks Robert.
