Cuttlefish babies Right out of the egg

I keep getting a few more and end up with only one or two in the tank. They are in a 19 gallon with few large pieces of live rock. I can't figure out what is happening to them, but do know that there are a few crab skins this morning in the tank. Is it possible that the crab hitchhikers from the LR are eating the cuttles? If so what can I keep them in until they are large enough to defend themselves.

Are all of your water parameters ok? If so then it could be the crabs or some other LR hitchhiker getting them. I've heard of people putting those net breeders in their main tanks before for small cuttles. You can get them at petco or walmart even and they are a net in a plastic frame that hangs on the edge of the tank.

What species of cuttle do you have?

Yeah critter keepers seem to be what the profesional guys do.
