Yes that's extremely high. Ideally you want 0.03 or lower. I would invest in a GFO reactor. Maybe your feeding too much?

It's funny. As vast is the internet is I was having a hard time finding something definitive about phosphate levels but I did find something last night that said the same thing.
I've got a GFO reactor but I can't run it until I finish up a copper treatment. I have a week to go. I guess if it's not really harmful to the fish I'll just wait the week then put the GFO in, remove the phosphate then clean out the fuge.
I usually feed twice a day, some pellet food in the morning then frogmen mysis shrimp at night. The fish do eat everything up very quickly with nothing left over but maybe it's still a lot.
I also started the rank just 6 months ago with BRS dry rock which some people said leeches phosphates.
