Cyano

I have a nice sun polyp rock, but unfortunately cyano bacteria is settling a line between 2 sides of the rocks. It is a small patch, with no other cyano in the tank. Iwaki wmd 40 rlxt return pump to 4 returns, and Koralia 2 also in the tank. Tons of water movement, why is it just on this little rock
