Cyanoacrylate gel becoming watery

I've been using the BRS extra thick gel superglue for gluing frags. However, when I'm about halfway through the bottle or more I notice that the glue becomes very watery. It could be separating from the gelling agent but there's no good way to mix it back together.

Anyone else had this problem? Is there a way to avoid this?

You aren't shaking/mixing it well enough before each use..
