Cycle close to over?

I have never kept track of a cycle before, I would just wait a few months and test the water. Well I started a 29gal on the 10th of Jan. A week ago I tested the ammonia and it read .50 (pretty sure that was it). Today I tested ammonia (0.00) Nitrite (.25) and Nitrate (5). Is my cycle close to over. It just seems a little fast to me.
