damsel or dawrf angel, not sure

looking for any information i can find on a fish i saw while snorkeling it has a orange back and a blue tint to the fish and an eye spot about 2/3rds back on the fish couldn't snap a good photo while snorkeling but was interested to see if this type of fish was even avaiable as it struck me as somthing diffrent
if picture uploads it's just about dead center but it's unfortunatly a down view

Where were you snorkeling? Might narrow things down a bit.

i know it's hard to see anything in that shot, but i have yet to see anything simalar avaible in the angel or damsel family is there any other subclass that would be remotly simalar to shape and size i can look under to find this fish?
