Data/info recording app/software

What's your favorite for manually entered data (amount of X added, PO4 X ppm, changed GAC, etc.).

Ideally I could enter a time along with the date. It would need to be transparent/accessible on both my MacBook Air and iPhone 5.

Google docs spreadsheet works for me. It's sharable I can add whatever fields I want and do simple formulas on them.
