DC Pumps For Closed Loop

Curious if anyone has experience with dc return pumps such as the Diablo. Looking to set up a closed loop using 2 dc pumps running alternately, such as the mp,s in master/slave mode. Running the plumbing in the rock structures. Its a 700g dt.

My CL has been running for over 4 years with a Reeflo 2400gph pump. It's had an issue or 2, but Chris at Reeflo has been really good about customer service for me. But it's starting to get noisy... again, so I have ordered some Jebao DC12000 DC pumps to replace the Reeflo CL and the Little Giant 2400gph in the sump (and have 1 as a spare). I was hoping to have them soon but just heard from Jebao that they will be about 4 weeks lead time.

If you aren't in a rush, I'll do a review of mine when I get them and show the install.

look up DIY ROV thrusters if you want to make a prop type circulation pump..
they are using bilge pump mods.hide it in rockwork no plumbing.

Ron, I read in the description for the Jebao DC12000 that it has to be submerged at all times. Will you be submerging the pumps in your sump?
