Dead 6025...options?

It's about a year and a half old and completely dead. I have tried it in different plugs etc. (the other '25 and two '45's are on the same power strip and running fine, but I still tried an entirely different wall outlet and got nothing). Do you guys do core-returns or anything? As always, you have wonderful products that I will continue to use either way.

It has a 2 year warranty, if you send it in with a receipt we will replace it.
