dead 6055

My 6055 died after a couple of months.

No power light on the transformer, no signs of corrosion or overheating of the transformer or motor. Is there anything else to look for before boxing it up and sending it to Austin?

Yes, it's plugged in

Have you tried another power supply? It may just be the power supply, for a short term test an osmolator, wavebox or 6101/6105 power supply can be used.

Tried a power supply from another Tunze (nobody can buy just one!), and the the motor spins.

Looks like I can send back just the transformer.

Yes, just send it in and I will replace it so long as it didn't get wet, free of charge.
