Dead hermit?

Have a tiny hermit that is laying on his shell with his arms pointing up

I thought he was dead so I went to take him out and he moved yesterday
I put him back in and he is still at the same spot from y esterday on his back and wiggles his arms from time to time, his shell is a little burried now

Should I take him out? is he sickly?

mine will sit still sometimes for days after a molt to let the new exoskeloton harden.

He just got flipped over. That's happens to my hermits alot too. Sometimes they need assistance getting back on their feet.
