I have 25 pounds of dead fiji rock that i just put in a bucket of saltwater about 2 weeks ago. I added a few pounds of LR from my sump. How long should i wait to add it to my display? How often and how much should i change/replace the water in the bucket?

its been dry in a bucket for about a year

Thank you

The rock has to cycle just like a tank, watch the ammonia and such until it goes away, as for water changes I leave it unless the ammonia goes over 1 on my test kit, then just enough to dilte it under, say if I have 10g at 1.25 I change about 3 gal, I do this until ammonia stays below, then just let it circulate and keep warm until no nitrite, and low nitrate.

+1 great advice.

or another way is to add five lbs of the live rock one week at a time to your display tank and the existing bacteria should be able to handle any production of ammonia
