It's pretty unlikely that a Ocellaris and a Percula would form a mated pair, as they are members of different species. Cross breeding is not impossible, just not very common.
You should also take size into consideration when trying to pair clownfish. A clownfish that has lived alone for some time has probably metamorphosed into a female. In any group of clownfish that have been living together for a while, the largest will become the female. Therefore, when introducing a new clownfish, if you want them to form a mated pair, you're best off choosing the smallest specimen you can find. Clowns can change from male to female, but they cannot change back to male.
There are accounts of clownfish forming lesbian pairs, where two females will go through all the rituals and even lay eggs, but I don't think it's very common, and of course the eggs laid are not fertile.
