Debora

Nice shot! What ID on this one please?

I thought that this is acropora batunai... but now I am not sure:)

It's a Tenuis. Here was mine. Color difference is due to different dept and lighting.

Wow, what an amazing tank. Thank you for sharing! I just ordered some AquaForest products, hoping to see some improvements. My main concern now, and has always been pale colors due to low nutrients. I dose amino acids now and feed 2 cubes of mysis daily on my 230l system but I still have faded colors. Which AF products do you recommend to get the rich colors you have?

Thank you Debora for all that you are sharing with us. Your tank is a true work of art.
With all the beautiful reefs using AF I decided to also go for it.

With using zeomix, carbon and the phos minus in the reactor do you use media bags for the carbon and phos minus or just let them mix on top of the zeomix? I ask because in one of you vids the phos minus was tumbling.

They are all stacked in the reactor starting from bottom you have zeomix, carbon and lastly the phos minus at the top. Adjust the flow of your reactor just so you see some tumbling of the phos minus and you are good to go. The zeomix do not need any tumbling, the carbon might get mixed up a little with the phos minus but that is fine. Good luck! :)

Incredibly beautiful. Your's and Perry's tanks are the reason I am transitioning to AF. Just started the zeomix and carbon tonight. Need to wait for my second DOS to show up so I can switch out the ESV two part.

Quick question on the zeomix. Perry has a lower water volume then you but he uses 3 cups of zeomix and you only use 300ml with is about half as much. Any reason? I started with 150ml in a total water volume of 95 gal. As to not shock anything and will add 50-100ml more when its time to change out.

Hi Debora, as always fantastic pics. I am really liking the pink with yellow highlights.
I am about to set up a frag system and was going to put a t5 fixture over it to see if there is much difference with full t5 compared to my radion and t5 display. What is your current combo? Also, are you still testing 0 for po4 and no3?

Hi,
I have no routine but I try to keep it like that:
(at night)
AF Amino Mix- 4 drops daily
AF Build - 4 drops daily
AF Energy- 4 drops daily
AF Vitality - 4 drops daily
AF Power Food - 4 spoons 2 times a week with frozen plankton and from time to time when I feed my LPS Tank I am dosing AF Phyto Mix.

(at day)
Pro Bio S - 4 drops daily
-NP Pro - 4 drops daily

Component1+2+3+ - 280ml every Components daily

Filtration media (in one fluized filter):
Phosphate Minus - 300ml
Carbon - 300ml
Zeo Mix - 300ml

Debora, it was nice meeting the artist responsible for the masterpiece that is your tank. It was fun hanging out a bit with you and Perry at the AF MACNA booth and getting some reefing inspiration!!

Wow stunning colouration on the SPS. I have a bottle of amino supplementation but held off due to a bit of algae on the bed. Might start dosing small to see if it effects the algae

Hello Debora...what an awesome tank and corals color...ur tank is really inspiring a lot of us here. When you dose those 6 supplements; 2 at day time when the lights are on and 4 at night time when the lights are off, do you dose them directly into the tank or do you dose them into the sump? Thank you.
