December Meeting / Christmas Party Julian Monks (JMonks) Saturday December 3rd @ 6:00

Our December meeting will be held at Julian Monks (Jmonks) on Saturday
December 3rd @ 6:00PM. There will be a large raffle, and we will also be
doing a White Elephant exchange. If you would like to take part in the
White Elephant please bring a wrapped gift, $25.00 max value, to the
party. Kids are welcome. Food will be pot luck, so bring you favorite
Holiday Dish. The TBRC will be bringing drinks and ice. Please try to give
us an approximate head count, so we can make sure there is enough seating.

Parking will be along the street, please do not block any driveways or
park in the grass. The various map programs don't always get his house in
the right place on S. Saint Patrick. S. Saint Patrick is off of Wall
Street, which is South of Interbay.

For the education topic this month we are very excited to have Tony Vargas
speaking about his new book "The Coral Reef Aquarium" just released this
week.

Julian has a 156 Gallon Reef Aquarium primarily SPS with a few LPS,4
Clams, and various Zoos & Palys.

Really great meeting / Christmas party. Food, as usual was top notch. Tony Vargas was terrific, and thanks to Julian and his lovely wife for opening their wonderful home to " The Horde" of fish geeks. I told Julians' wife that I'm going to nominate their home as our permanent TBRC meeting place. Man - did her eyes go wide ;-) Thanks all. Oh....and you raffle winners - thanks for not making me haul any prizes home with me ;-P. Don't you hate sore losers. Merry Christmas and to all a GOOD night !
