Deep blue or black?

It's a personal preference really. I prefer black to the mid-blue that a lot of folks use, but a nice deep navy blue trumps black.

I have tried blue and black. I painted my first tank blue but switched to an 1/8" sheet of black acrylic when I upgraded to my current tank. I like black better.

Do you have a link or name of the product?

Just a regular car tint in mirror color sold on ebay. Instead of tinting the glass I just taped it to back panel for easy removal later.
