Deep Blue Plumbing Question

Hello. I have the standard Deep Blue overflow kit and believe the return bulkhead is a 3/4 barbed fitting. Went to Lowes to find clear tubing to fit but the 1" tubing appeared to large and the 3/4 was too small. Is there a size tubing that will fit?

Dip the 3/4" tubing in boiling water to soften it up. It'll fit.

or find 7/8 tubing and risk it coming loose..

Thanks for the tips. I will buy a piece of 3/4 tubing and see if it works.
