Deep Down Florida 600 Gallon In-Wall Build

Your System Rocks! I'm really enjoying your Reef System and learning a lot. I recently moved and I'm planning a major In-Wall Reef System in my garage too. It will be approx. 300g main display. I do have a question: with your system in the garage, do you encounter any major bug or critters during the hot spring and summer weather? I'm in NC. and I am wondering about this. Thanks!

Thank you for the kind words.
Everyday is a learning experience for me. In regards to the bugs, I cab say that hasn't been an issue for me. I have had an occasional beetle land in there but that's it. The garage is fully enclosed so I do not have bugs to begin with.
I hope this helps.

Thanks. I will be parking only 1 car in my garage on a daily basis. I know in the summer here, we have flies, gnats, mosqitos, and moths. I am wondering if the lights late and night will somehow attract these types... much like porch lights often do. I plan on using a mesh or maybe the glass covering that came with my aquarium just in case.

Need to stop by sometime Bill see how things are shaping up....

Nubiantanglover ....I would not be parking a car next to a saltwater system without taking proper precautions and even then your still going to be taking a big chance ......you will have rust all over everything I have virtually the same system as Bill and in the interim of building a fish room around my system rust was starting on any tool that was left out or even bicycles or other metals...
