Not at this time I don't. I am afraid I am not familiar with micro switches.
It is pretty responsive in that is stops immediately when letting go of the switch.

Well if you need help I can swing by and help you install. I'm off Monday thru Thursday. We can setup stop points on it. Or you can do easy route and put a cable clamp to stop it from pulling to much.

I was also lucky enough to change my pumps over the past few days.

What did you change from dart to hammerhead ?

What did you change from dart to hammerhead ?

I switched to the Reeflo gold series. My dart took a dump and the old hammerhead had an issue with the seal. I know I could have replaced the seal but I figured I will replace it and keep the old as a spare.

That light lift works great! You should take Jonny up on his offer to help you install a micro switch setup. It's something I should consider doing as well even though I have much more space.

How do you like the Gold Series pumps? I switched from the standard series to the gold series and found them to be much quieter as well as cooler running and more efficient. It's was a great upgrade for me!

Thank you yes I will be looking into those micro switches.
So far so good with the gold series. I really haven't had time to gauge the savings however I agree with you that they are quiet.

Thanks man it really wasn't that hard to do. I did use many references from reef central to help me put it all together though.
Now it's time to do the wire clean up again.

Hello all,I have an update to share.
Recently I thought it would be a good idea to be able to work on Fusion while looking at my tank. So, I built a frame that matches my tank and now holds my iPad.
The result, an easily accessible Apex Fusion controller that looks good.
I am also building a PowerPoint presentation that will scroll through and educate my guests on the livestock living in my aquarium.

No, the slides will be on PowerPoint. I think this will be best so the viewer is able to see all the information clearly.
